I'm having less issues with my mac itself, but my iPad wasn't cooperating with some homework. By some miracle, the instructor extended the date so we could work on it over the weekend, so that's good at least.

We were putting Dad back in his bed yesterday and when I went to lift his feet so Mom could lower him back down, he lashed out with his left foot and almost kicked me in the face! I had an urge to just hit him back and next time he tries that, I will.

I ... still have no words.

What the hell happened to the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise? I used to REALLY be invested in it, but now ... I'm just filled with disappointment.

Pathetic. Just pathetic.

just out of curiosity..

how many husbands on your facebook feed are taller than the girl that they marry, AND have a decent beard on them?

women these days definitely seem to have a type. and it seems like everytime I see a married couple photo, the guy always looks the same.

Asperger's Issues:
When the only friends you have who share your special interest, found by enormous strokes of luck, need to take a break/have long-term business in their lives and then you're left alone with that special interest with no one to enjoy it with...again. Which is worse when they're online friends.

It sounds petty and selfish I know. But I pretty much spent most of my childhood with "special interests" that none of my peers shared, which would make me a "target". Which obviously made things worse.

Wait, are you seriously hating on average height men with beards?

Why do men without girfriends/so's seem to focus on the most shallow girls they can find and hold them up as the "typical" girl?

I've dated tall guys, short guys, fat guys, thin guys, nerds, atheletes, rich guys, poor guys, different races, all types.

You guys are chasing the wrong girls.

Height and looks should only be a portion of what you care about. What you need to focus on is whether you treat them right and they do the same for you and if you have something in common with them. See if you have a rapport with them and go from there. I just get so sick of people who always go for looks and feel that if they date someone who is taller or shorter than them that it's a bad thing. My ex was taller than me and I didn't care about that in the slightest. All I cared about was that we had a good rapport and interacted just fine together.

Sometimes you have to focus on personality rather than appearance.

That's just one of the many problems with "nice guys". They think that because they're simply nice, they deserve the cream of the crop.

I have dated women taller than me. It's really not all that difficult.

Oh yeah, I know. Always punching above their weight class. They always think the deserve 10/10 girls but poo poo an average girl, who would be more likely to date them.

.....if she could get by the nasty personality. Most "nice guys" are the most egotistical self important jerks I've ever met.

That one does.

I just find it odd that there is a definite pattern to the look that all the people on my list seem to go for, and the one thing in common seems to be height, and facial hair.

I can do the facial hair thing if I wanted, but the height thing is harder to fix . I'd have no problem dating anyone interested in me. taller. shorter. bigger, thinner. Alien from planet zoom. just the two way interest thing is the tough road block .

I think the average is 5'10. Who cares though, as long as you can reach the peddles in your car you're OK.

The chicks in those screenshots are just talking s**t - I wouldn't worry about it. I've heard people say all kinds of goofy things like that and then do the exact opposite. There's no shortage of people in the world, so just keep looking.

I had a real bad case of stage fright today during a presentation. I couldn't get things across right and I was literally shaking due to how nervous I was. All those people staring at me with weird looks on their faces didn't help either.

And to top it all off, afterwards a couple people came over and said they liked the way I did it. It was obvious they felt bad for me and were just saying that out of pity. Talk about rubbing salt in my wounds.
