tmnt comic pack ins

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make a list of the tmnt comic pack ins. I am not looking for reprints of old comics but unique ones. I am aware of the Savage dragon cross over insert, the tmnt smash up, the Japanese tmnt insert comics w/ instructions, and the forgotten sewer one. Anyone aware of any more unique comics?
