Who is (are) the best mutant henchman in Shredder's forces?
Since 1987, we got Bebop and Rocksteady. The 2nd movie brought out Tokka & Rahzar.
2003: No mutant minions in Shredder's forces. 2012: Shredder has minions who were human martial artists.... now mutated: Dopound (later Rahzar), Fishface/Xever, Tiger Claw... NOW Bebop & Rocksteady make a comeback. But for the Nick version of the turtles, which mutant(s) in Shredder's forces is the most popular? And I'm not counting Karai. |

Tiger Claw. I thought It was obvious. Rocksteady could be a match, however he doesn't think in battle.

Tigerclaw is the highest ranking, & most physically capable mutant among Shredder's circle. That's canon, it's not for us to decide.

Define best
I mean Tigerclaw is probably the most competent and skilled in combat (discounting Karai). But his loyalty is somewhat more questionable than some. But Rocksteady and Bebop prior to Nick were generally counted as some of the hardest hitting and most loyal (and they may yet be more loyal than TC in the Nick version) Rahzar/Dogpound is certainly among the most loyal mutants in Shredder's forces - although he's clearly not the most skilled in a combat sense. And then there's Stockman - who may not be particularly combat worthy or loyal but whose technical and scientific skills are unmatched in the Foot. They all bring different things to the table

So far the only way you can take down TigerClaw is;
We can't say for sure if TigerClaw's easily beatable hologram is hinting that the turtles can handle him now.

My favorite? Bebop.
The most formidable? Tiger Claw edges out Dogpound/Razhar.

They all eventually fade into mediocrity so there is no answer.

Looks like it's a pretty good assumption that Tigerclaw wins all the delegates in this election.

Xever and Dogpound. When the series first started, they felt unique and competent. The constant addition of new mutate henchmen is a very bad idea, as they're now flanderized and uninteresting beyond belief now. Seriously, Nick! I get it that you wanted to add some fan favorites and a bounty hunter type, but is it really worth destroying your original characters?

Tigerclaw all around, but each of them have a trait that makes them competent.
1. Bradford is the only truly loyal member of the Foot. 2. Xever has no morality and thus he'll do anything ordered short of self-harm. 3. Stockman has the brains. 4. Steranko has pure brute force to him, and he's not the dumbest rhino around either despite being hyped up as the dumb bruiser type. 5. Zeck is fast and a master thief. 6. Hun and Vizioso are gang lords who now nominally serve Shredder. When they work as a pack, they really are a force to reckon with. Tigerclaw, Bradford, Steranko, Zeck, and Xever wiped the floor with Leo, Raph and April and they didn't fare too badly against the Triceratons. I hope we get more scenes where the Foot fight as a unit like in The Fourfold Trap and Annihilation: Earth. |
