TMNT 2012 Toon: Megabloks line?

I've started collection the 2012 toon line from Megabloks again and I've got a little question.

Why are their skin tone variants? I bought a Raph new in the bag recently and he has a different skin tone than the one I bought a few years back, different number on his stand too.

Have these been rereleased?

The first question would be if you are sure that you have two of the same exact set? Mega Bloks/Construx does vary the decoration for each different version of a single character. For example, here is a photo I took recently of all of the Half Shell Heroes Leonardo figures:

As for the codes, if you are referring to the manufacturer's code on the bases for the blind bag figures, those codes change based on the production run. So all Vision Quest Leonardo figures won't have the same code.

I should have specified, it's the angry Raph with the spray paint can. The skin tones simply don't match. Both have been stored away, so it's not sun fading.

One Raphael is noticeably lighter, to the point where you can't swap parts!
