0:28 I'm sorry she's really getting into the spirit of things and it makes me laugh.

Is it just me or does it sound like the alternate theme used in Season 4, more specifically at the beginning of Peking Turtle but without the trumpets?

I love the art style, pity they've never gone with that look in traditional animations.

Alright, I'm just gonna say it, how do we know all of this was part of the same pitch, or from the same company? You don't point out any connection between the trailer, animatic and test footage. Indeed, the trailer and test footage were made by different companies, one in Canada and the other in New York. Not to mention rather drastic aesthetic differences between the three.

The only noteworthy thing you bring up is that some things ended up in the 2003 show, like the vehicle designs, but how do we know these aren't just different pitches based on the same early toy designs and mandates?

There were two different pitches for shows there. One was going to be a CG animated series seemingly more Mirage-centered, and the other was going to be a WB cartoon. Both were considered around 2001 before eventually Mirage went with 4kids and we got the 2k3 series.

Overall they went with the best option. 2001-era CG would have aged horribly and most of it is the same Mirage stuff that the 2k3 series covered, and while the WB cartoon did have nice designs for the Turtles, it probably would have been a short 52-65 ep Saturday Morning series on KidsWB in the early 2000's.

So I was watching some animated films made by a literal cult/new age religion that I'm not gonna specify and there was a scene with a reporter...perhaps I'm reading into this too much but when it happened I was like heyyyyy

I started making TMNT character videos and thought I'd share. I started out with Ray Fillet. I hope you like it because I plan on making more.

Damn, I knew there was 2 pitches but I just figured these all came from the same one, the turtle designs look relatively similar in both, looking a lot like the mirage turtles. I figured the test animation was just early early work for the same pitch as the 5 minute pilot. I rushed this video out a little bit I must’ve missed something.

I’m currently working on a lost episodes/seasons of the 2k3 series information video. I hope this next video can bring back some memories.

Nolan North and Troy Baker play the original NES TMNT game. As well as the Arcade game.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

Princess Fiona from Shrek was asked at Universal Studios Hollywood if she and her husband ever meet the TMNT. She said that they haven't, but they would like to.
