Good that TT is switching up the formula at least a little bit. Still miffed that the Special Edition isn't on Wii U.

Kind of off topic, TT should try some new genres with Lego. Maybe an RPG. (Yes I know about Lego Battles. I mean a big open world RPG on consoles.) Or a racing game. Something fresh.

How well do these games translate to 3DS? I was considering getting this for 3DS, since that's what I play most often, but maybe I should get WiiU instead. I also notice that there's no mention of the DLC being available for WiiU? Am I missing something?

Lego games are fun but once you beat/free play/ unlock all the characters there is nothing to do.

My first ever video game was Lego Star Wars Special Edition. I played the f*ck out of it and the sequel. I don't really like how they switched up the lego game formulas after it, but Lego Marvel was alright. I wish they would wait until RO or Episode 8 to release this game because is there really enough content? And they should really keep it simple again this time. SE is the comfiest video game of all time, I swear.

And what the f*ck is up with the "season pass' bullsh*t? So un-Lego.

Don't get the 3DS version. Normally the portable Lego games are a lot worse.

Also I don't think the Wii U version gets DLC. That's how its been for the last few games.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll pass on 3DS and will wait and see a bit on the WiiU version.

It's on sale right now, how is the game?

I'm a little wary since Lego games are great but they usually include a few movies to have their set pieces, how does only one Star Wars movie translate into a lego game instead of 3?

Also how is Lego Clone Wars? Is it based exclusively on the Clone Wars TV show or does it include stuff that at the time was canon like the battle before Episode III?
