From my memory, the original 3-4 episode DVDs have the bumpers, but the season set DVDs do not, at least for season 1 and 2.

Correct, seasons 1 and 2 definitely don’t. Almost certain my Australian seasons 3 and 4 do not either. Ninja Tribunal and Fast forward don’t have them. Honestly don’t remember BttS, but I feel like they also did not have any.

There were bumpers in the Australian BTTS DVD's when I watched them a few months ago.

I decided to go ahead and pick this up on Amazon. Even though it meant purchasing many of the episodes for a third time. I'll probably still watch the seasons that I've purchased digitally, just cause it's easier than having to mess around with the disks.

I am watching this series full for the first time and I have to say the Post Oroku Saki seasons with Bishop Stockman Hun Karai Shredder etc are really good. Where they are in their new lair the old sewage pumping plant.

Season 4 is really good. I am surprised you never saw a 20+ year old show in full till now.

It's a great series I'll have to re-watch the whole show at some point again. I wish the newer animated TMNT series would go back to being like the 2003 show again, I'm not really into the Mutant Mayhem stuff.
