Japanese TMNT theme related to the 'Drome?

I was browsing YouTube, and came across this video:

It says in the credits "Technodrome Forums" next to some Japanese text. Did some members of Technodrome Forum help with the Japanese dub? Did a member do the English subtitles? Why is the 'Drome mentioned in this Japanese 4Kids TMNT opening?

No, that's from a fansub group, they credited the Raw files (the original files they used to sub) to the Forums, someone from here gave them to them, it's not included on the legal intro.

Strange that Japanese always redo the opening songs for redub series, now it sounds like any other typical anime intro. Why won't they just maintain the original songs and replace the singers only?

It's a national thing, they are really proud of their heritage so they re-do everything their own way.

That being said I do love Kageyama's Power Up Turtles from the Legend of the Supermutants OVA.
