Was just coming here to post this. My FOMO is strong with this, which sucks because I don't really want it. I've already got the SDCC release and I can pretty much guarantee I won't want any of the other crap that comes in the crate. However, it's going to be pretty limited and thus pricey to get later if I change my mind... what to do, what to do?

I backed it. They asked for a shirt size so I mean if you get that figure, a shirt, and some other little things, I think that will probably be worth the cost.

I backed it. This is probably one of my favorite scenes from the movie and I am really glad there’s a variant to represent it.

I backed it. Been hoping NECA would do this. I like that you don't have to subscribe to get it.

Not entirely sure what it is but I’ve backed it. Be interesting to see if it reaches its goal.

The notion of an LCD base illuminating Splinter was enough of a sell for me to back in on the campaign.

I'm seriously contemplating getting two, as I'm typically between shirt sizes, and I've been keeping one of each NECA release carded.

Same, but I always opt for the larger size just in case. I'm just glad we don't have to jump through crazy hoops to get this particular NECA release.

Right?! It’s a breath of fresh air to be able to order it no fuss. The capture of Splinter was nothing like this.

I'm actually pretty tempted by the Gremlin one as well. I sold my original flasher gremlin because it was styled after the Gemlins 2 scene rather than the original film's.
Only problem is, if I get this I'll feel compelled to go back and pick up the rest of NECA's Gremlins (which it's already taken great efforts to resist)! |

$10 shipping to Australia. That seems really reasonable. I wonder if they ship directly from the country of manufacture (assuming China).

In an effort to limit the amount of "stuff" I have I have been holding out on the entire line. My plan was to get a Raph and Casey if he was made....but now this changes everything! Is there a more iconic scene in the entire TMNT Universe?? I may have to get this and the entire set of brothers now to reenact it diorama style on a Detolf shelf!

I can't see how you would regret it. I consider these the pinnacle of my collection.

Probably so now that they're global and don't have to involve a third party (although they had more or less found away around the restrictions on their original contract years ago anyway).
