Yep, saw the 2 packs as well. The paint is different from the single releases too.

Okay, as far as the differences between 2-packs and singles...

I see that Bebop's hair is different.
The turtles have different color shorts, gear, and wraps.
And Kraang's armor is different.

Any other differences?

The turtles and the badguys do not include the secondary gear; Mikey's Board, Raph's tools, Donnie's Drone, Rock's hammer, Bebop's..... one of the two weapons isn't there, and Shredder's gun, I believe.

I wish the badguys were different in color as well; like Shredder in red and Rock with different camo pants and jacket coloring.

for those two packs? It's no big deal obviously, I just feel like those pairs match up better

They do make more sense. What the f*ck is up with the matches we got? Unless thats how it goes in the movie.

It's a business tactic. By making unlikely duos they're sort of forcing people to buy more than one package to get the characters they like.

Yeah, or they just threw the characters randomly together thinking that people would buy all the figures anyway. What would have made more sense was to add two more packs to the group and make it possible for April (repainted first movie figure to match the alley scene in the trailers) and Casey to be in one and Shredder (red) and Splinter in the other. With all of the figures having a new paint job.

There is apparently a new display for the turtles going up soon at Walmart in the toy dept., not a cardboard display, but on one of the ends of the toy area. I saw the box with the signs for it the other night and says it should be set up 5/10. After I had gotten the Leo/Rocksteady two pack the last week, they have hidden the rest in the back. It will be a while before I see them at my local Walmart as nobody is really in charge of the area no more.
