Vol. 5 appeared on Amazon.co.uk - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1684050901/

And yes, it officially includes Ghostbusters crossover.

According to that summary:

Quote:
Collects Turtles in Time, issues #38–44 of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ongoing series, and the TMNT/Ghostbusters crossover.
That means the next collection will likely be 45-50, the Free Comic book day issue (that was also in the softcover trade with the last 3), the Mighty Mutanimals and April/Casey mini's.

By my count that would be over 15 issues.

I'd say that's exactly 15. But hey, you're the intellectual here.

Didn't the first couple HCs have 17 issues?

I mean we're staying at 15 issues minimum here on out right?

Thanks. I must of missed this list before.

Anyone know why some issues have A, B and the RI and some don't? I was curious to that. Were they fan favorites?

You are welcome for the list. I made it myself, I though it could be useful for people wanting to sell some of their issues.

I don't know why some have three covers. The two "RI" bonus covers in the first two volumes are at the end of the book. I was very happy with the inclusion of RI #16, since both B cover and RI cover of that issue are favorite of mine. I was a little disappointed of the absence of bonus cover in volume 4 since it has the smallest pages count (I would have love the inclusion of the RI of #36, another favorite of mine).

Yeah I mean you think they'd include "everything" in a collection like this, but it really isn't a big deal.

Personally I'd love to get every A, B and RI for every issue. Do the main A cover at the beginning as I think they already do, then the B and RI at the end of the issue.

It really isn't a problem, and plus it makes getting the RI issues actually worth having for sure.

The Eastman B covers are very very obsolete to me from a collecting standpoint. I have the awesome Eastman galler for 1-50, which is every then some for the Eastman covers, and they are included in these IDW collections. So unless you're a crazy hardcore Eastman fan, you can skip the issues I think.

Eastman is awesome, I love the dude, but his art gets kinda repetitive after a while for me? I don't know how else to describe it.

Wanted to make a separate post for this, since it is completely different from my previous. Sorry.

I just scored Vol. 1, 2 and 3 through a personal sale. They were on ebay not long ago.

The only hiccup is that Vol. 2 (Splinter cover) has some cracking on the front spine area. He states that Vol. 1 and 3 are in awesome condition.

Anyone want to guess the SHIPPED price for these I paid? I'm happy with it.

I know you're having a difficult time from your GearGrinder, but mate, you need some therapy and some fresh outdoors.

Therapy? I just started posting here again after being away for like weeks.

Save it. And you're liberal agenda with your little signature proves your accusational comments. Save that too.

I just thought someone would of responded on my post in a day. Was surprised no one did. You don't have to belittle someone on the forums.

My words got twisted around in a thread about canonicity... so regardless of your liberal tone and point of view of things... (say what you want... know that I know) I'm right.

And thanks for the reponse.... it sure was quick

I reply when I'm interested or amused. And you're gosh-darn amusing when you're pissed, chum. Keep the laughs coming.

Glad to see I hit a nerve... I'm not interested in a fight. You've always been a tool here. Dry and just really annoying mostly. You can't be nice or anything. You simply found something you can argue about or complain about and you go in full force. I don't get it.

I'm just a happy TMNT fan. I don't have time for this kinda stuff. You are a liberal type of person, and it shows greatly. You're the kind of person that is ruining what this country used to stand for.

Yeah I'm going political here. Who cares? You attacked me... what's the difference right? But in your eyes it is not the same lol

And you can interpret my sharp "texts" as being mad or pissed. I think the whole thing is quite poetic, as you've made yourself out to be the trash in the can.

You call me Oscar again, m8, and I'll wreck you like Miley Cirus on a demolition ball.

Do be gentle with me, Horatio; as a liberal, I'm quite sensitive and emotional.

Anyway...

Getting back on track, any idea why the UK has the Volume 5 preorder link already but nothing shows up on the US Amazon?

Is that typical?

I don't know why that is.

UK has the better music, but not comics... so not sure why that is the case.

I'm glad they seem to be on a every 6 month cycle. I think when they get 12 issues behind they'll keep them yearly though. Every 6 months sounds awesome though I think. I cant wait to get my 3 books.

I think at the moment they're trailing the comics by two years... and, if I'm remembering correctly, it's been that way since the first volume.

I wonder if the frequency of releases will change at all once the hardbacks start encompassing BOTH ongoing series...

Yes, it's typical. Give it a week or two and it will be available on Amazon.com as well.
