In all fairness "with arms" could mean weapons if the guy isn't a native english speaker.

Still, the funny thing is the NS package OS turtle.

The "arms" may refer to armaments, in other words, the weapons. You know, as in the warcry "To arms!"

Ok, OK ! I know that, thanks for taking the funny out of it pricks! (oh and to make sure no one takes that seriously I was kidding when I called you pricks)

Another thing cool about this item is you notice the weapon rack that has a splinter cane on it.

Either way, why was this shoehorned into the eBay thread? Does nobody see the bootleg thread?

I merged it into the eBay thread since I didn't think there were eBay auctions of bootleg figures being posted in this thread, but I looked, and there they are. My mistake.

Wow, another masterpiece from argentina, nice find!I think that guy may be buying every other bootleg around my block and posting it on ebay...
The notes are too funny...actually i think i know what's going on here, over here weapons are called 'armas', he probably didn't know how to say it in english and decided to remove the last vowel (there's kind of a misconception that if you remove the last vowel on spanish words it'll sound recognizable to english speakers, because i guess there are enough cases where this applies that would lead misinformed people to assume it's true...kind of like adding 'o' in english words' end to make it sound spanish?)
That or he really tought the figure having arms was an incredible feature either way i tought it was hilarious, i love the fact it says "Industria Argentina" proudly on the back of the card, with the flag and all, like we're too good to import cheap crapstuff from china, we make our own now
Edit: Wait, i just re-read the auction title and figured out why this bootleg is so special, he has a blister on his arms!
... *chirp*

Oh yes check out raph's signature...sword and bo? (Also i'm happy to report they all have their arms intact )

He also had these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/TMNT-TEENAGE-NIN...QQcmdZViewItem <- incredible build quality wind up toy with expressive facial details!

http://cgi.ebay.com/TMNT-NINJA-TURTL...QQcmdZViewItem <- Set of 4 figures, w/arms!Kind of like the so-called NECA set, except more awesome, the figures were so cool that the makers didn't even need to paint the back sides!

Nice finds wow, i've seen those rubbery toys in cellophane being sold at stores on the street but nowhere near close to $14 D: but they were usually batman/superman knockoffs and came with a lollypop.
I'd also like to know about the gun, it has the look of a bootleg toy (and note the upside down sticker ) but the card doesn't look as crappy as your average bootleg (doesn't necessarily mean it isn't a boot tho..) i wish i could read what the bottom of the card says.
Edit: I put ninja turtles flash gun on google and found this gem

http://myteefinestuff.com/product_in...id=771&msize=1

There's a bigger picture if you click on the image but i still can't make out what it says at the bottom...seems to be made by the same people as the one on ebay tho.
That site has oodles of random turtle stuff for you to check out BTW...most of it seems to be licensed products so i'll guess the flash lights are not bootleg, just sucky

yea, quality seems to be slightly above bootleg (seeing as though they got the letters on the belts and weapons right)

I think I have/had that gun. It never dawned on me that it might have been a bootleg.
