Looking back at most of the TMNT-verse there has been a wide variety of mafia gangsters, many whom rivalled the Foot Clan and Purple Dragons (others not so much):

Mirage/ Image: Antonie Puzorelli
80s: Don Turtelli, Tony "The Butcher" Vivaldi, Big Louie, Pinky McFingers
Next Mutation: Silver
2K3: Big Boss
Nick: Don Vizioso
IDW: Antonio

Out of all of them, the only ones that stood out were Puzorelli and Antonio. I'm hoping we see more of Antonio in IDW considering his presence in "City Fall" and how in the Shredder Micro, he was present at a Foot Clan meeting alongside Hun, Karai and Kitsune.

Dang, knew I missed someone... then again, I haven't had the pleasure of reading most of TMNT Adventures. Thanks!

The 2k3 mob boss was called Big Boss? I don't ever recall that. That's the name of a Metal Gear Solid major character.

I usually cite Pinky McFingers as my favorite in the 87 series. I don't like the voice change in his second episode, though. And sometimes I think I selected him as my favorite only because he introduced us to Barney Stockman.

Don Turtelli and his feather torture amuses me.

I'd have to say that Big Louie is my favorite individual.

Lone Raph and Cub

I also love the mob from "Lone Raph and Cub" in the 2003-2009 series.

i really like the extremely derogatory depicted gangster they have in the Nick cartoons.

the one that's constantly slurping on spaghetti.

Never was much into those stereotypical and funny Italo-American mafiosi. I mean, some of them were fun and probably you couldn't set adventures in NYC without having to deal with the mafia, but I remember when I was a kid the feeling was similar to those Masters Of The Universe episodes without Skeletor: pretty useless.

Both Archie comics and the toy line especially had plenty of cool characters that never made even a cameo on TV. Such a pity imo.

Big Louie teamed up with Shredder in some episodes. The "Big Cufflink Caper" episode also had Big Louie's rival gangsters.
