The biggest thing against it to me, personally, is Raphael and Alopex haven't really done anything to seal them being in an actual relationship, and I don't think a time skip will jump into that (mostly because it's anti-climactic). Nor has there been enough buildup in recent issues to suggest anything going anywhere.

Now, if that was one of the youngest kids within the Foot Clan...

I don't think Alopex would be having sex with one of the kids within the foot clan.

I mean, the turtle IS one of the Foot Clan kids, who got mutated.

Same with Mona Lisa, maybe.

A really young kid and a teenager.

I mean, gotta give them a little more purpose than being a source for Karai's tantrum.

I assume it's for Mutant University. That raises all sorts of interesting questions, such as what society in Mutant Town looks like, what kinds of job positions do they have, and of course, if there's any law enforcement. Which anyone suggesting is the Turtles themselves wouldn't be accused of crazy talk at this point.

It is from the first RPG handbook. It has no name.

It'd be awesome if it were called Pinhead.

I'm guessing the opposite - she was attending Manhattan University, but having her keep the MU shirt makes for something amusing.

I suspect Mutant Town will be handled like District X in the X-Men books. All of a sudden a lot of people get mutated... and they just learn to adapt. Life goes on, there's bills to pay, kids to school, and internet message boards to argue on.

For years I've been dying to do a mutant porcupine based on that old TMNT & Other Strangeness art by Kevin and Peter. That was the book that got me into Turtles when I was little and the porcupine was always my favorite.

I'm thinking more along the lines of Magic Town(? I think it was) that was briefly the setting of Angel in one season of the comics, and Angel himself was the "sheriff" around those parts. I could see the Turtles in the role of peacekeepers and mediators, what with being some of the OG mutants.

Didn't that design show up here for the first time during a discussion about her?

Will you be exploring the rules from the Character guide as well when developing your creatures during your tenure?

I wish! I'd love to adapt everything from Other Strangeness and all the sourcebooks (Mutants Down Under!!), but unfortunately they're off-limits for legal reasons, I can't explicitly use anything from them. I'll be trying to get some homages/references/in-jokes in there, though, without directly lifting any of the Palladium material.

Who owns the rights to the Palladium content? Wouldn’t that art and content be licensed from Peter and Kevin back in the 80’s, and so now in the hands of Nick/Viacom?

I'm not sure! I think Palladium probably still owns the art in that book (minus the TMNT art). All we can do now is homages like the Dream Beavers in the Nick cartoon.

edit: Actually I wonder if they don't own the artwork, just the text and artwork directly based on the text? Like the Terror Bears or Doc Feral, for example. I'm really curious!

I still can't believe TMNT creators are sleeping on the concept of a raccoon-possum mutant combo. You have two super prolific city animals and they just...don't get used.
