If the sales are decent, I could see them doing a deep dive into the Archie stuff. The video game stuff sales seem to have tanked and one would imagine the sales of toon stuff is starting to slow as they've gone so deep. They're nearing the end of possible movie stuff with only a few things plausibly left.

Mirage still has a lot that they could do, but I'm guessing of the two Archie may be the one they go deeper into.

I got the Archie Comics Slash. Great figure but the blades are very fragile and can break off easily. I had to glue them back on as the blades accidentally broke off when swapping the alternate hands.

Probably because Archie has similar line work to their premier toon line and can easily blend in with the aesthetic.

I hope they explore more IDW characters (besides Last Ronin), and get Stan Sakai's blessing to build the Usagi comic book universe (with a proper comic-book Usagi figure to jumpstart the line, not that B&W cartoon redeco with the comic panels on the box).

I'll be surprised if they go much further with Archie. What they did so far were pretty much guaranteed slam dunks. Any other moves to do more minor characters or to reproduce Mutanimals who arguably don't need it (and aren't anywhere near as popular as Slash) are IMO larger risks. But stranger things have happened so we'll see!

I beg to differ, I think we'll definitely see Archie Wingnut & Screwloose, Leatherhead, and Mondo Gecko.

It would be wild to see Ninjara (license permitting), Null (various forms), Cherubae (and even Mary Bones), MonsterX, and a giant sized Cudley the Cowlick and Maligna. I mean the possibilities really are endless for Archie, and the figures would likely look way more interesting than the bottom of the Toon Line's barrel with all the random human mobsters and mad scientists.

Exactly. Not to mention versions of the bros as well. I always imagined Cudley as an amazing B-A-F to be honest, but NECA doesn't do that.

Biggest problem with the Archie stuff is the price point and plodding releases.

An Archie Wingnut would be SO boss. That design has always been a favorite, the color palette especially. Not to mention it could get some traction as a companion for the TF Armaggon, with a pixel repaint.

It would be cool if they made a Ninjara figure.

They simply cannot end the Archie line without doing Ace Duck. That would be a tragedy of epic proportions!

It feels good to be an Archie TMNT fan right now!
I'm seeing physical representation of my favorite version of the TMNT universe and they haven't even dipped into the turtles yet. I'm just hoping they get some representation of Chris Allan's art style for the figures like they've done so amazingly with Ken Mitchroney.

I'd love to see the rest of the Mutanimals, Verminator X(Bonus if they have an alternate "Manx" configuration), Armaggon, Ninjara, Maligna, Null, Gang of Four, Foot Super Soldier, Monsterex, Cudley... my list of wants is much longer than this. I'll buy everything Archie related they produce.

I believe it was either with Veebs or SpeakyGeeky where Trevor pretty much said we can expect a big push into the Archie well. Specifically from Slumps Intergalactic Wrestling Circuit.

Totally would love to see figures based on Chris Allan's art. Now that we have Mirage TMNT on the way, that's got to be my most desired TMNT figure announcement.

Yeah I agree with you and AquaParade in that I'd love to see Chris Allan style Archie TMNT figures get made. I'd love to see most of the characters from the above list, and I would also add: The Turtles in Chris Allan's art style (as mentioned), Wrestling Costume Turtles, Future Turtles, The Warrior Dragon, Sarnath, Death, War, Famine, Pestilence, Noi Tai Dar, and Wyrm.

Well I was highly expecting them to reveal a Archie Comic April figure, but this was not the design I was expecting. XD
But I love it!!!

So the NECA reveal was teasing "you’ll even be able to guess at some of the special edition accessories she’ll come with!"

So... a full-scale Perri?

April's Rip-away clothing?

I haven't read Archie but does April transform into the 5th turtle and is it temporary like her other mutations?

Also, would love to see Jennika and Venus (IDW and Next Mutation) at some point.

How could even a lurker forget his... interests. And public oversharing of those interests (which were best kept private).
