Teenage Mutant Ninja Cerebi

Didn't see any mention of this around here yet except for just its name in the comic release dates section.

What happens when the Turtles' first crossover collaborator makes fun of them? This kinda stuff!

Sounds like a wild ride. Something tells me the actual issue can't possibly live up to the hype, though.

It's just a reprint of Cerebus #1. There's a series of one per month this year with different themed covers.

Actually, these are collections of the Cerebus in Hell webcomic, with a few new strips.

That was the thing that always mystified me about the turn the franchise took when Eastman and Laird licensed the cartoon and the parallel comic book published by the same outfit that gave us Archie. The turtles' original origin story? The whole thing hinges on a for-Christ's-sake rape-murder!!!!
from here.

Oh, well I'm disappointed to find that the cover does not reflect the content.

I got the issue today, and at the start of start of the comic, there are a few new strips starring the TMNC, so at least some of the comic's content matches the cover. I'd recommend it.
