Possibly. They may not even get a restock from neca

Yeah it's a possibility. I don't work for them so I can't say for sure. I ordered Donny and Raph within hours of them being put on the site, Leo as well. I got both Donny and Raph pretty quickly after they started shipping but I continue to see others who ordered Donny after the first batch still waiting.

I know the preorder number versus fulfillment number has presented issues on other items for people in the past and it's always been a fairy common thing with EE. I ordered another Raph a couple weeks back from them but knew there was the chance that I wouldn't get it. Just a risk I was willing to take.

So any profit I make selling the Leo figures I ordered through my comic retailer are most likely going to go towards refunding people who ordered Raph from me. Duly noted.

If the orders are going to be canceled, when will that happen?

Last I checked EE was still taking orders for Don at $96. So it's a little confusing why they would be cancelling orders for Raph. I would think Raph would be selling for as many months as Don. But that's just my own way of thinking I suppose.

I think they don't have the answers because they don't keep track of how many they are getting and how many have been ordered.

I ordered both Raph and Don from EE on March 5. I didn't realize that Don is virtually sold out. I'm late to the game.

Does anyone know if Neca is producing more Dons? If they still have any in stock? Or should I cut my losses and go to eBay here? The site still says Don is shipping in March if you order now but that's looking unlikely, unless they expect hundreds of Dons soon.

I've never seen anyone say a single good thing about them in this thread, I've only read bad experiences.

I preordered last May from Kirin Hobby. I received my figure towards the end of January when others were receiving theirs in early January or late December. They have pretty bad communication with their customers and it's hella difficult to get ahold of them or to even receive an email response. I would absolutely recommend to not order from them. I certainly won't again.

No one has said that Donatello has been discontinued. I would be willing to bet that after seeing the response for these NECA will reissue them for a year or so. They reissue things all the time, but the time between first and second releases can be several months. Again this is all speculation from me, but I order direct from them from time to time.

Dont let anyone tell you Donny is discontinued...YET.

Reissues usually arent that simple. It depends on the license agreement. Might just be 3000units and if they want to do another run they have to change the contract or get a new one. Depends of its worth the hassle.
I preordered Donatello late in December and finally got it sent out from EE the beginning of March.

I think the production for Donatello has ended as factories need to work on Raphael and most likely busy producing Leonardo right now. Dont know if all Donatellos have been shipped out and if retailers received all their shipment or not.

the outer box in AU that contained the box contating DON in AU several weeks ago said on the side Carton 1333( was 4 digtets ) of 1500

so yea could 3000 ( or is it more ?) they must have exported quite a few

Got my stands painted and clear coated today. Not the best as I get spray paint splatter no matter how hard I try not to.. Will be redoing them in black wood stain next time....

Also got my leather straps. So much better than ribbon.
