The 4kids series had a great finale. The last episode being April/Casey's wedding, all old characters came back for a cameo, and the defeat of Cyber Shredder. Turtles Forever then capping it off with an even bigger finale was icing on the cake.
Likewise Justice League had a great finale, as did all the Bruce Timm DCAU cartoons in general.
