I haven't seen anything regarding who's voicing her (it's a cartoon that shows her origin) but the series is gonna be online on CW's web streaming site The Seed.

The show has gotten a series order! Here is the official synopsis:

In Legends, when heroes alone are not enough, the world needs legends. Why would you not grab the Flash? Perhaps Rip Hunter is assembling people who no longer have an impact on the future?

That would explain why he can assemble Sarah Lance (she's dead), but what about Hawkgirl? I am intrigued...

I'm not familiar with Rip Hunter at all but I LOVED Rory. Rory was awesome.
