What if Krang had been the first Shredder?

We've seen Ch'rell as both Shredder & Oroku Saki.

Inspired by that, if there would be a future series, what if Kraang had been the first Shredder in the Sengoku or Edo period?

That way, he'd form the Foot and formulate his plan for Dimension X at the same time. Following 2003 TMNT, Saki grows jealous of Yoshi's success with the Utroms & the guardians and joins Kraang, trained as the next Shredder.

I'm going for the Anakin/Vader & Palpatine vibe.

I'm trying to wrap my head around this...

1. Do mean Krang the character or the Kraang which is the faction of Utroms?
2. By "following 2003 TMNT", do you mean a sequel to that show or building on an idea from it?

Regardless of what you're trying to say, why not just go with Ch'rell if you want the original Shredder to be an Utrom?

I meant a future series after 2012 is done. And I meant "Krang".

I can imagine that happening in the future if the 2003-2009 series are remade with some inspirations of the 2012 series.

Think of it this way in a new TMNT series in the future.

Krang could return as the first Shredder with Ch'rell's vibes. But he'll act as the Palpatine/Darth Sidious towards Oroku Saki as he's the "Anakin/Vader" of TMNT.

Krang: Join me Oroku Saki, and I will make you the next... Shredder. My... successor!
Saki: Yes... my master. Help me become the strongest ninja in the world. And to make Tang Shen... mine!

Krang: Every single ninja and Utrom must be destroyed. Do what must be done! Do not hesitate... show no mercy!

And if Saki suffers broken bones & burns, Krang's mutagen could revive him and heal bits of his body.

Krang: Oroku.... Shredder! Can you hear me?
Saki: Yes master.

The idea of the mutagen fixing broken parts of the body sounds great for upcoming versions, maybe also Donatello could use it for the turtles. It would explain how characters can get into fights, almost killed, and then suddenly everything is OK again in the next issue or episode....
