How do the Foot Clan smuggle people?

This question applies to many TMNT universes. But how do the Foot Clan smuggle people from Japan? (especially if they don't have access to the Technodrome, drilling vehicles or any teletransporter or magician).

I know they had a ship in the 4 Kids series (with the Foot logotype), and they would still have to face international border controls at portsides, and to refuel.

Um, who said anything about smuggling? They're human beings with cover identities or real careers, visas, passports, whatever.

Nobody's frisking Japanese immigrants at the metal detectors looking for shuiken or nunchaku.

Wouldn't it also happen the same way slave rings/trades happen in real life? I mean there's real life kidnappings and slave trades going on worldwide every year. Why don't you ask why real life authorities are not doing anything protecting innocents?

Yes, but the Foot Clan seems to smuggle hundreds of people, probably at the same time.

If my post was too subtle, this is what I meant. There's no need to smuggle ninjas into a country, that's overthinking it. Green cards, work visums, Japanese businessmen and students, tourists and airline employees.

It's not hard to get into a country, especially for ninja/spies through "legal" means and just disappear once inside the country.

This is another reason why the Foot making golems is a good thing. And logically, they can also easily hire local hands to help them out.
