It would.
I admire his dedication to Mirage, and I really appreciate the projects he’s done in the past few years.
He’s practically official TMNT staff, and not having him around here would really stink.

Last post on this forum, as I have zero tolerance for this sort of thing:

Just received the pencilled cover and it's bad-ass. Look for the final version on the Indiegogo page.

Sad to read that, your contributions will be missed.

Has the cover been uploaded already on Indiegogo?

Really!?

I have no idea what happened regarding a ban...I don't really care for the details. But to abandon this platform mid-project, especially since this platform was main source of support for your indiegogo project, isn't a move that's very considerate of your supporters. Especially when considering the debacle that the Odyssey project became when you stopped posting once you had investors financially on the hook.

You don't have to post on these forums outside of this thread. But out of common decency and respect for the supporters of your projects who have shown you a lot more encouragement, patience, and forgiveness than most people deserve, I urge you to consider continuing to post updates to this thread. Keep it factual. Keep it brief. But keep it coming. Do you really feel those who have supported you don't deserve at least that?

Thanks; you've been sending a steady stream of update emails to your Indiegogo backers, so I'll be keeping up with the project's progress from there!

Wait—have there been lots of email updates? I unsubscribed to Indiegogo since I was getting a lot of ads not pertaining to Origin, but assumed ones related to the project would still go through... I guess not? Shoot.

Update #11 was on Oct. 15. They show up in my gmail under my Updates tab. I don't get any other emails from Indiegogo, so maybe there's a way you can go into your account and select what sort of emails they send you without having to unsubscribe wholesale.

All right, you twisted my arm. I'll stick around.

The full skinny:

* Jim's been busy with his other works and is still working on the next batch. For anyone curious, following the close of the campaign he was immediately paid for ALL pages needed.

* Courtland is busy coloring up the TMNT vs. Predator pages we're getting.

* Ernest is averaging about a page of TMNT vs. Predator every 2, 2 1/2 weeks. They're looking very good.

* Andres Ponce has already pencilled the cover just the other day. I gave him some additional notes and he'll have it inked any day now. That'll be neat.

* Bill Anderson's back cover is in the works.

These forums will be so much less fun without you Andrew, do you have twitter or some social media to follow you on?

Nice to have Andrew around, if only for updates on this and any future fancomic projects from him.

Time to bump this.

When realistically do you expect for people to have their copies in hand?

The late spring, summer time is a realistic expectation given the flow. October is the drop dead, line in the sand date, as has always been listed on the campaign.

Quick question, Andrew: Will you be confirming addresses again before shipping? I moved recently and changed my address in Paypal, but I just want to make sure that the shipping address you have on file is the updated one, since I made my donations prior to the move.

Thanks,

Yeah, I/Rich will be confirming everything with everyone when things are approaching that point.
