When in doubt open a IDW picture and use the eye dropper tool to select the correct shade of green.

It seems like I never have much success in Gimp with that method either. It generally always plucks a less vibrant color than you would think it should be.

Ahh. Never used Gimp. Only recently started using Paint Shop Pro. Had Corel Photohouse, but I accidentally cracked the disk, but then again it was ancient.

Yup, just right click save as, or save target as, depending on your browser.

I attached a preview file, it's not very good quality but I am pretty new to using forums and just wanted to put something to show here. I varied the layout from the original a bit. I am interested in feedback on changing up the layout, I hope I don't upset the project for anyone!

CA, I think yours is about perfect as-is! I think it's great that at least one page will stay close to the the original comic art style.
