What is your diet like?
So yeah, what kind of food do you mostly eat? I mostly eat ordinary stuff: chicken, turkey, pork, steak, hamburgers, tuna, pasta, rice, vegetables, salad, bread, french fries, salmon, cheese, yogurt, nuts, etc.
I mostly eat grilled chicken. Probably my most common thing to have for lunch/dinner. What about stuff you don't like? I wouldn't say I'm picky per se but don't really tend to adventure myself much. I personally can't stand spicy food since it is just unpleasant to get your tongue/mouth burnt from eating. I'm also not a big fan of overtly sweat or salty food. The only sweat I really like is ice cream. |

Meat, meat, meat. Rice, sparingly. I don't care for pasta at all and don't really care about breads. Burgers are bomb, crab, lobster, clams, muscles are bomb. I detest sweets. All veggies are cool except celery.

No shellfish. No olives. No caffeine.
Little to no carbonated soda. Trying, and often failing, at eating a balanced diet.

After drinking some coffee and water. I never drink anything else. I have oatmeal almost every morning as the first thing I eat. I also have a banana or apple with it. For added flavor I toss the fruit in the bowl or add cinnamon. Once in awhile I'll add a good flavored protein powder if I have it. Around mid day I have some turkey or ham with either bread or sweet potato and some kind of a veg. My later in the day diet is more random. Weekends are really random.

I wouldn't say that any of those are something I'd make a regular part of my diet.

Boar? That's not so uncommon, I'd say. I'd like to eat that someday so I could feel like a Gaul. Pigeon? Dunno if I'd eat that. Pigeons tend to carry several diseases. Unless you mean other type of pigeon. What did rattlesnake taste like? I'm curious. |

Rattlesnake wasn't worth the trouble. You've got to par-boil it to get it off the bones. And it just tasted...gamey.

I suppose rabbit and duck aren't that uncommon either but I added them just in case. |

Nah, I try to make it a point to avoid eating apex predators when I can.

Not enough fish and veggies in my diet, but I try.
As for uncommon meat. I've not eaten a lot of weird stuff, but less common: wild turkey, horse, pidgeon, squid, eel, swordfish, boar and ants. Flatfish, wolf fish, moose, wild sheep, rabbit and deer are fairly common in Norway to eat. |

Likewise, not adventurous with food and a bit picky, so mostly just normal stuff. I do however love spicy stuff, provided there is no onion. Or other crud I can't stand, but esp onion.
I attempt to try to eat a little healthier now. Though I only like certain veggies and not much seafood. Quote:
My current diet so far today... a couple small leftover slices of pizza from yesterday, and right now a bowl of blueberries and a slice of awesome bitey sharp cheese. |

Living on the southern coast of Norway, blue Mussels and scallops are pretty common. I love most seafood I've eaten, except for crap. I can have shrimps and prawns and other edible shellfish, but not ordinary crab. But I rarely eat seafood since my mom hated it, it's just become a habit of eating other things instead.
Alive, you can also put them in your tea for flavor. |

Anyone else had snails here? I had once when I was 10 years old. They were OK, but many people are grossed out by them.

Never tried snail. I kinda want to, but I'm not sure if I'd pay money for it. I'd try any meat to be honest, if someone offered lion steak, I'd eat it just to try it.
Nah, it's no marked for it. It's basically a emergency sweetener/flavoring if you're in the woods and got some brew and forgot to bring some actual sweeteners or lemon juice. |

I can tell you what I DON'T eat. I'm not into seafood or pasta, but everything else is cool with me.
