green arrow doesn't have a lot of his own villains it seems. he did team up a lot with batman in the comics from what I read so it makes sense to take his lesser villains .

Green arrow doesn't have a large rogue gallery, so using minor batman villains like clock king, firefly, bronze tiger, anarchy, etc. that will never really be used in any large batman production (since he has the largest rogue gallery) is a good way to include them. Deathstroke has been a villain of GA before, and really outside of Cupid, China white, Dark Archer, count vertigo I really can't name too many other GA villains, except Onomatopoeia who I'm sure they will add

Dead shot was included because of Suicide Squad, so Ras was the only really large and common batman villain used.

Actor Echo Kellum has been cast as Mr. Terrific who is apparantly NOT any of the ones from the comics as his name is Curtis Holt (plus the whole thing with him being gay). I shall now dub him Not-Michael. Anyways Not-Michael is described as a “technological savant and inventor” who'll be working for Palmer Industries under Felicity (since Ray is currently off on a time travel adventure). He first appears in episode 2.

I've been reading up on the comic book history of Baron Blitzkrieg.

It seems he's an ally of Vandal Savage (who as we know is the big bad in Legends of Tomorrow). Also, in the comics the Baron is an enemy of Grant Emerson/Damage...who has been mentioned in The Flash as one of the people who were "killed" by the partical accelerator!!

Well looks like we'll see Sara sooner than expected. Her resurrection will occur in show.

It seems that episode 8 will be the backdoor pilot to Legends of Tomorrow. A 2 hour backdoor pilot (one hour for Arrow, one for Flash).

Teen Wolf actor J.R Bourne has been cast in Arrow as Double Down. In the comics he's a Flash villain who gets powers from a set of cursed playing cards. In the show he's a metahuman who "can turn his playing card tattoos into deadly weapons"... Basically he's Gambit with a twist...

I am so excited John Constantine is coming to Arrow season 4

Oliver Queen may be getting a little help from Constantine.

Matt Ryan will bring his titular demon hunter from the cancelled NBC series to The CW’s Arrow, it was announced Tuesday at the Television Critics Association summer press tour in Beverly Hills. It looks like its for one episode.

ya it was pretty good It follows the Hellblazer comics loosely. Much better than the movie.

^I loved Badass-Laurel. I hated her in season 2, so seeing her like this in 3 was great. That was one of the only great things about season 3.
