I want that first Toothless. Such a great sculpt. Is that currently in stores or is it something from years ago?

Not seen the show myself, but that He-Man figure is pretty sweet

It's part of the new line for the Dragonriders of Berk show but some retailers are listing it as "How to Train Your Dragon 2" merch.

The small ones are 7.99. head turns, no other articulation. But it's a great likeness.

Another new buy. Spent a tad more than I should have for it, but he's my favorite Robin. Beating myself up for not getting it a lot earlier...

Damian Robin is best Robin.

Looking forward to these upcoming DC Direct figures: Capullo Batman, Nightwing and for the first time... Talon

The NECA Final Chapter Jason. NECA still can't get those warped masks right, but I love it overall.

I went to check out the Transformers sale that TRU has on until the 29th... because I waited, there was hardly anything left. Just one voyager Bulkhead.
Disappointing... that is, 'til I went into the aisle where the TF are normally kept when not on sale. I checked the cupboard above the shelf and what do I find...

An employees' stash perhaps? Sorry, if that's the case.

I also spotted the MMPR Red Ranger Brodie had suggested, (at least I think this is the one) and as I'm leaving what do I spot out of the corner of my eye? A Legacy Megazord!

Sorry for the overexcitement but I've never been very lucky at this particular TRU... which is why I usually just shop online.

Today's aquisitions:

TMNT related:
TMNT duct tape (yeah!)

non:
NECA Chell
all 5 Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass blind capsule figures... they are really good quality for the price. Bought 7 of them, got all 5 and 2 extras -- pretty good luck.

(click for biggerness)

I really recommend these, 3.99 each at Target but I'm sure you can find them in other stores. The figures detach from the base and each figure has a small accessory (the heart piece and hourglass are particularly awesome). If you see these blind figs, the best way to know what is inside is by weight... obviously link and tetra/zelda are a bit lighter so weigh them carefully

and,
Funko POP Game of Thrones Jon Stark... first Funko I ever bought. Wanted to give the line a try. Not sure if I like it yet, but I might get some more from the GoT series... I have to not to go overboard on these though because they have just about every character from every series... it'd be easy to spend a fortune

That Red Ranger was the one I recommended. I just saw that line was on clearance at Target for $8. But you'd be hard pressed to find the MMPR one.

I just got in the mail the Medicom Ultra Detail Figure Classic Link. Amazing little statue.

I happened to remember that Target had the Marvel Universe multipacks on clearance last week. And I really wanted the Rocket Raccoon pack, but I wasn't going to pay $25 or $18. I went to check it out. Nothing. Shelves cleared.

Found in a random stock cart the last Marvel universe multipack. And luckily it was the Guardians of the Galaxy pack. I snagged it, and was stoked to find it was only 12.48

I'd buy it for that... but at TRU it's way overpriced. Not a big fan of MU scale but I want some GotG figs... but we'll be drowning in them when the movie comes so I'm not worried. And hopefully in 6" scale.

I'm pretty jealous of your new Shockwave. What were the prices like for that stuff at TRU? What's the "sale"?

The sale was for Beast Hunters/Prime figures. Voyagers for $14.97 and Deluxes for $8.47. FoC were also on sale but all they had was SoundBlaster... that one in particular doesn't seem to sell much. Besides, TRU's had the FoC on sale a few times so I've managed to get them all by now. I used up what was left on a Gift card so my total was quite nice.

I did check online earlier this week but the only one in stock that I remotely wanted was the Generations G2 style Megatron, so I picked him up for the sale price.

That's an awesome Robin figure Zulithe... I almost didn't buy it, as when I purchased it the Batman was next to it and I thought, "wow, such a small figure should be priced a little less." He's totally worth it though.

Kind of like how The Mad Hatter in the Arkham series is such a tiny figure by comparison.

Oh he is small alright, but he is in scale. Damien is 10yo and I'm glad they went with what they did instead of making him huge like the one Mattel showed off at toy fair this year. Yuck!

I got the blue Cobra Commander from Retaliation on clearance at Target yesterday. And today I snagged a Transformers Loyal Subjects blind box figure. It was a chase Alt Deco Jazz.

I wanted anything but that, I think.

Picked these up from a local collector for $48, looking to make room on his shelf.

-Battle Ops Bumblebee
-First Strike Optimus Prime
-Deep Space Starscream
-Legends ROTF Devastator
-ROTF Thrust
-Titanium Thundercracker
-Human Alliance Sideswipe
-Universe Blaster

Not a bad haul and I'm glad he kept them in immaculate shape.
