On the plus side, CDs sound good too.
Audiophiles have been arguing over the very same thing for ages. Vinyl is by no means the best way to listen to music. It really boils down to personal preference. I listen to vinyl at home, streaming in the car and at work. To each their own!

I might buy a record player just for this release.

I stream all of my music these days. Haven't used a CD in many years.

Great points. Kind of worried if the FW series score is released it'll be on vinyl as well.

Big Finish are re-releasing a 10th Doctor/Rose Tyler Doctor Who audio story on vinyl which I find hilarious since most of the people watching at that point would have been from 2006 which begs the question who is this aimed for? 80s stuff I can kind of understand but a story based on the 2006 season?

If Intrada had released this we would have got a two disc special edition with a lot of unused music cues and other content.

Thankfully we have the leaked tracks, which as far as I can tell is mostly complete. I would be all-in if a CD was released with more content, though.

From what I'm guessing, it probably would be a single disc with an alternate/unused track or two. The leak only included one track that didn't make the film, although there may have been more.

LLL has teased meeting with Du Prez in the past. It is possible that a CD might still come from them down the road.

I managed to snag one of the special edition variants from NYCC. Anyone else part of the 300 club?

I’m not opening this one. This is a rare variant so I’ll probably keep this one sealed and just buy one or two of the regular editions so I can play one of those. Even when I have those, I don’t have the equipment necessary to transfer it to a digital file.

Ahhh... from the way it sounds, there won't be any alternate jacket designs. The variants are in the color of the vinyl.

I'm seriously thinking about printing up a custom gatefold jacket for this with my avatar.

Goes on sale this Friday and looks like there will be EIGHT colored variants ... one each for Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael, Casey Jones, April O’Neil, Master Splinter, and The Foot.

Waxwork Records posted on Twitter that the vinyl will be available online from 11 AM CST (on Friday) and that it's a limited release.
So I guess these will probably be sold out soon.

I assume that all eight variants will be posted separately so that you can purchase the one you want.

Just wondering, what variant are you all going for?
