Where to start..

With the IDW series now on #89 where would be a good place to start? I have issue #62 as i really liked the artwork. I think starting from #1 would be almost impossible as it would be a job to track down so many back issues.

I would just suggest buying the Hardcovers
https://www.amazon.com/Teenage-Mutan.../dp/1631401114

Or you can wait for a sale on Comixology if you don't mind only using digital, this would be the cheapest.

Hardcover will be the cheapest if you want a physical copy, digital will be cheaper overall if you catch it on sale.

Yes the hardcover "IDW Collections" are incomparable. They incorporate all the main and mini series in chronological order and will save you a lot of time and money in the grand scheme!

Another strong vote for hardcovers. Can’t beat it. Plus they’re beautiful.

I was able to read a few of my friend's while I was visiting her and boy did it give an easy refresher.

Might need to get some of my own eventually too.

You have to start from the beginning. IDW is one long continuity that jumping in at the middle makes no sense and you won't know what's going on.
