Seems most of the colorists involved in TMNT reprints are total retards.

That's kinda harsh, I would say they just have no knowledge of the material at all and no one in the production line does either. At least no one in the QA dept.

Okay, so I'm reading TMNT Classics nr 5 and I get to the Spaced Out story. All I'm thinking is: 'did I just spend my money on this ****? It sucks!' I'm new to the classics and so far I've loved them, but this??

Guest artist era. Just roll with it. Mirage TMNT spent a lot of time just being a weird indie comic and letting the creators do whatever they wanted.

The "Spaced Out" arc is among most peoples' least favorite, though. There's plenty of great material both before and after.
