Crap, now I regret never seeing one of his Vegas shows, even though they'd probably cost an arm and a leg to see.

Now to heaven goes another fine comedian.and member of the game show industry, one of the long line of Family Feud hosts, not from its hottest era (during which the logo and theme song had been temporarily changed, bad idea) and the late great Ray Combs was my personal favorite, but Louie was a great talent and gets an honorable mention. Rest well in heaven Louie.

I kinda like to imagine he would have been the sort of comedian to drop a joke along the lines of:
"Today I'm starting negotiations with Netflix for an all-new animated series: "Afterlife with Louie."

How do you know he's in heaven? It's not automatic...

It's called faith. Heaven is where souls go after death; if some deserve some punishment first, they pay it, then go after they're finished. Louie Anderson was innocent as far as is known. If you have different beliefs, that's your business.
