I chose greed, because I like the play the lottery and fantasize about the good life. One game that was played here in Illinois is $5,000 A Week For Life but no more. The most I ever won in the lottery was $500.

I mean, really it's just being an atheist, as far as my biggest so-called "sin" goes I'm sure, but funny enough it's not part of the group. So... sloth for sure.

When I get in the zone of working hard at something I go all in and tend to power through without stopping... but if I've got nothing important to do, I'm quite happy to be rather lazy. (A true Taurus, no matter how fictional the astrology stuff might be. lol)

edit: Admittedly one of the reasons the job I'm doing these days suits me is because the time I leave the house is up to me, when I'm good and ready and I am no early bird. I TRY to be at one of my locations in the 11 o'clock hour, 10 if possible. Sooner than that is rare.

$5000 a week for life. Isn't that PCH, a sweepstakes, not a lottery?

Lust as it is defined by the Catholic church is the sinful desire to have sex without wanting to reproduce. So, definitely that.

Both. We had a scratch game called $5,000 a Week for life. And yes, there was Publisher Clearing House, but I didn't play it.

I'd entered the PCH version a few times, until I realized that most of the time it isn't a guaranteed giveaway and that someone will only ever get it IF, like the lottery, an entry number actually matches and often doesn't happen.

Might have the benefit of being a free entry, but the extra steps to do so on top of waiting weeks for their drawing to even happen... meh. At least the lottery drawings are frequent, you can try again the same week or the following, and the scratch offs are as many as you'd like to blow your cash on.

Here in Illinois, we have a scratch game that costs $50 per ticket and the top prize is $5,000,000. That's too much to pay for a ticket when your odds are highly against you. When I play regular Lotto, I usually put in $15 if the top prize goes above $6M, which I feel is a better choice than spending 4 times as much for a prize that is less than a drawing game.

After all the taxes are taken out, it should still be enough money for me and my best friend to get a nice house where we can load it up with arcades, pinball games, tabletop games, vending machines (snack and soda), a beer bar, signs and neon lights. And if there's enough space and money left, a bowling lane in the basement, which Fusion Bowl charges like $100K for a single lane.

Oh, boy it would be nice to win the kind of prize that pays every day or week for the rest of your life; you would never go broke.
