Besides, lately I am posting in the 2 topics only, so how can I irritate the whole forum is anyone's questions. But apparently some people are not mature enough to handle discourse.

It looks like a pair of "parents" (the word used loosely) are pressing "social transition" of their autistic kids as early as 4 and are getting worried when their kids do not want to acknowledge that they are trans.

Yeah, I'm not sure how a 4-year-old, let alone one that is autistic, even forms too strong of a conscious internal 'identity' in the first place yet, let alone grasps the concept of or is capable of expressing a feeling or belief about being trans.

Little kids are little kids, and their interests and view of themselves largely influenced by what's around them... Speaking from experience from my own early childhood, no kid wants to be the odd one out, and it may make them dislike that aspect of themselves for having to be the one that is "different," but in a case where it's a gender thing, it doesn't indicate that a kid is trans. Nor does a girl being a tomboy, nor a boy with a more nurturing personality.

An older kid who is able to grasp it and knows their own mind and is able to express that they feel that way and have for much of their life, now that's a different story.

Are there legit source links for those screen shots? Sounds too crazy to be true and would be so easy to fake them...

Not that crazy people, including crazy parents, don't exist. Could be something of a variation on Munchausen by proxy syndrome. In which case it would be something legitimately wrong with a minority of parents, not an issue of "omgrd liberal agenda!" that's trying to destroy the world...

Definitely not the same as this "theybies" thing though.

Gosh, I can't possibly imagine why kids who don't instantaneously fit into This or That running full tilt towards a third option when it presents itself.

I can't help but wonder if I'd have started identifying as something other than female if presented with the option during my own adolescence and adulthood.
Might have saved me a whole lot of self hate if I had.

Of course, then it would have opened me up to a whole new world of hate from without.
But would it have been more than the hate I got from the boys for being the girl who thought she had the right to like what I liked?
Or the hate I got from the girls for being too stupid to know that those shows/books/toys were for boys?
