Archie Raphael in Black Wrestling Uniform
This is still technically a "WIP" since I still have to paint and seal the add-ons (the front of the plastron where the belt was and the back of the shell where I just scuplted what it would like like if he had an elastic band on underneath the suit). I will *try* to post better pictures when it is completely finished.

Really like that wrestling Raph, that was a figure I always wanted them to make.

Someone bought the finished product already. I may do one with purple highlights next. They're not hard to do, just very time consuming.

Personally I think it would look better as a repaint of a 1988 basic figure, but that's probably because of those figures looking closer to the Archie comic appearance to me. Regardless, nice job!

Thanks. I'll be doing more of these after what this first one sold for. Unfortunately I don't have any more 2007 turtles with the same head sculpt, which was PERFECT for this project.

Pretty cool! As a kid, I remember writing a letter (and submitting some concept sketches) to Playmates asking them to make that figure.

Nice, one of your better ones.
But this version of Raphael does not have a bandana, knee or elbow pads. |

Yeah, I get that most of my stuff has sucked up to this point.
But I am well aware that this version of the character doesn't have those things, but had Playmates made the figure, this is probably what it would have looked like (especially since the only version of Jagwar we ever had a chance of getting would have been part of the same line).

I'm bumping this thread, since I've got several projects in the works right now.
