Found Windy City Heat and Ninja Turtles 2k3 Season 1 Vol 1 at Big Lots for 8 bucks total.

Now I have the complete first season of Turtles. Thats all I neeeeeed.

I actually saw it back when it (barely) played in theaters, and really didn't like it. Enjoyed it more upon a second viewing, but still not as much as the first. Danielle Harris really annoys me in it and the pacing is kind of off. Tony Todd is pretty great throughout, though.

They're still selling 'em on eBay for four dollars more than I'd originally paid, which is odd. With the free shipping, it's roughly $13.50 per set, if you include the 10th Anniversary set that comes with it. It's $20 shipping to Canada, I believe... which really isn't that bad at all.
