You can try to contact the seller first to see if they'll offer up any sort of refund (more polite to do this), but it they don't go for it, file the claim with PayPal.

I contacted him recently...still waiting for a reply before filing a claim. The figures were mint before, it seems the weight of the 300-400 Topps cards is what crushed the blister bubbles in transit. The Leo which was off to the side and is the only one which remains untainted. The other 3 figures that were stacked with the Topps cards are damaged.

I will probably end up keeping these MOC. The damage is there but hardly noticeable when you are looking straight on...it is limited to the sides. The front of the bubble and the cardboard is in good shape.

That lunch box is really worth closed to nothing, not even worth the shipping IMO... ... For 35$ you have an amazing deal w/o that stupid lunch box already so if im you i wouldnt try to squeeze the seller much... ... Maybe like 3 bucks refund.. .?

That poor seller gain absolutely nothin from this deal, he still has to paid like 15$ shippin and 5$ fees over this 35 bucks.

Im just sayin, o well u can do wutever u want, it is ur right.

I am going to have to cancel out the second bid most likely. I messaged the guy and told him that I made a mistake, shipping to France for this lot is actually going to be $70, not $40. Never heard back from him...so if I don't hear back from him soon, the first bidder will probably win.

Up until now I have collected baseball cards through eBay and if a card arrived creased it would be a grounds for a full refund. It would lose all its value. I guess I was was looking at this situation from that perspective...I do see what you are saying though.

I wasn't hoping for a full refund or even half...maybe $5, at most $10.
As I had said before, the lunch box is worthless and I don't really care much for it. However, I am really disappointed that the figures came out crushed. I would have loved to have these mint.

With 2 of the 3 figures yes, but that's not why I bought that lot.
I wanted the Agent Smith figure badly for a Agent Bishop figure I'm working on.

So u sold 29 figures for 99$. Average 3.5$ a figure MOC.... ....

you really should break them into couple auctionss .. .... such as the 25th line, the star treks and universal monsters. The apirl w coin/card u should really break it into just single auction.... ..you coulda fetch 20$ w it.

Based on how much I've seen some incomplete playsets go for I think I did pretty well on this complete one. The party wagons were a nice bonus too, they're only missing a couple parts. I'm very excited to have won this set, it's a great start to rebuilding my childhood collection.

I'm not stressin' it. The giant turtles I have are from my childhood so they're a little beat up too. But as you said, I'm gonna throw a dab of paint here & there on him.

I considered this a steal, considering I love packaging variants. I have one MOC on the other Ninja Power card with the other inset (I think it's the other inset anyway, I don't remember off the top of my head) but it has some markings so I'm probably going to crack that one open for my loose/complete collection and keep this one carded...I don't know yet though.

I also scored two loose/complete Headdroppin' Turtles this week, so after Raph arrives in the mail I'll have a complete set of those loose complete. I think I paid $16 for both of them shipped, which as far as I know isn't too bad.
