I cringed pretty hard when this guy posted a rant on Facebook telling people to "do your job!" and essentially to step up and handle your responsibilities.
That was last year lol.

He's on my Facebook and he does just kind of seem like an angry person all around.

Edit: I would have gotten a refund by now and commissioned another artist if I were you.
