So have Karai, Triceratons, Fugitoid, Renet/Savanti now become mainstream characters?

Fugitoid I doubt anyone but fans can recognize, and Renet/Savanti are as obscure villains as you can get.

I sort of have to disagree here. Karai was a late addition while Triceratons and the Fugitoid appeared in early Volume 1. Triceratons are remembered because they make good enemies while Fugitoid is remembered more because he was one of the first robots the TMNT met.
