Sewer Skaters (Synthwave Compilation)
I saw this on Twitter yesterday:
https://twitter.com/RetroPromenade/s...49281014390787 As a musician who was once specialized in retrowave, I'm hoping to submit something to it, but I'm curious what the thoughts are from people here as well.

I'm really digging this.
How do you make synthwave stuff? I've always been curious.

Thanks. Technically, what was heard in that video wasn’t my work, though: I didn’t submit to it until the day after the initial post.
As for how synthwave is made, it seems to vary between the people in the scene. Personally, I strive to make my own dabbles as faithful to the 1980s as possible, which means a good deal of low quality sampling. I’d get more specific than that, but I don’t want to overwhelm people with what I know about music production.

I'm big into synthwave so this was a natural fit. I bought it on bandcamp. Thanks for showing it off!

There are some great tracks in this. Especially the Leatherhead themed one.
