In terms of full releases there isn't much that interests me. I've played the few things I wanted to (Transformers, Wolfenstein, Metal Gear, ACIV) on my One as they came out. I've been replaying Fez, since it's free on PS+ and is cross save, as well as Rogue Legacy, which is really great. Exclusives are pretty dry on PS4, but there's some decent small stuff on PSN. Now that I've finally played Hohokum I can say it's very strange and maybe not much of a game, but it's neat.

It's a good thing there are so many great looking third-party games hitting this fall, because the PS4 has exactly zero in interesting exclusives for the rest of the year.

Thanks. Strider has been entertaining.

I'm looking forward to Bloodborne, Metal Gear Solid 5, and Destiny.

The hubby & I have been playing Resident Evil 5 together split-screen, it's been a fun thing to do together to unwind after my husband gets off work.

Plus I found the Capcom Essentials 5 in 1 deal at Wal-Mart for $29.99 that had Resident Evil 6, Dead Rising 2, Devil May Cry 4, Super Street Fighter IV & a code to download Mega Man 10. Pretty good deal for all those games. We've owned each one of those at least once, so I'm not wanting to pay much to buy them again, so this was a nice way to get a lot of fun for our money.

Playing so much Diablo III, you guys. More than I ever thought I would. It's the perfect "don't think and half do something else" game.

Getting Jedi Knight running was a huge pain in the butt, but I got there in the end. The FMV cut scenes are pretty funny.

I'm playing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 on PS3. I thought for a second they had simplified the combat system, but it is as complicated as the last game.

I got a GameStick the other day because they've gone on clearance at GameStop. Figured it'd be worth taking a look. I like a few of the games but really I don't think there's anything exclusive on it. Everything on the device is either already on Android, Ouya, or both. I own worse consoles though.

Speaking of Ouya, they just released the previously Amazon Fire TV-exclusive "Tetris Battle Fusion" on it and I've been having a blast. I haven't played a Tetris that was this much fun since Tetris DS.

Still grinding through the Shadowgate remake. I'm having flashbacks to when I first played the original and got stuck in many places. Since then, I'd memorized the solution to the entire game and I probably remember 95% of it. I'm not sure if I'll ever memorize all of this one even on the easiest difficulty. S***'s tough!

I never did finish that first Castlevania Lords of Shadow game, the payoff just wasn't there for me to put up with that combat system, shame the next game wasn't any better. I loved the 3DS game and I really wanted to love the console versions.

I just beat Remember Me and I have to say, it's pretty great. The best parts really are remixing the memories. I hope someday we actually see a Remember Me 2. I'd love to play it, but wasn't Dontnod in some trouble or something?

Never happen, unfortunately. There was actually an interview with the lead recently that sheds a lot of light on the games development.

I finally decided to commit to New Super Mario Bros. 2 after a few attempts since its release and while it's as great as previous entries, that's just it. These games no longer stand apart from each other aside from new levels or the addition of co-op, Yoshi, and even a coin collecting gimmick. While I appreciate these differences, it's not enough when everything else is virtually the same. Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World usually clash when discussing the best of 2D Mario and it's because both games were not only great, but also unique. The music, the power ups, the visuals, the environments, the world maps, and so on were special to each game.

While these days, Mario can't really look any different, I appreciated his angled stance and updated animations in NSMB2 because they made the game look and even feel different, which goes to show just how far a minor change can go, especially in a series as tired but well made as NSMB. Nintendo should really rethink this series and maybe continue to add features that have been prominent in the 3D games such as the long jump and the backwards high jump, which would in turn, impact the way levels are designed. Anything to make this series feel new again, which is quite ironic.
