If all they did was turtles just in a MotU sculpt style, then that's just Mattel selling Ninja Turtles. What does that do for Mattel? That's why it has to be a crossover.
I am digging what they are doing concept wise with this crossover, but I will say that I have pretty much reached the end of what I will tolerate in terms of TMNT crossovers. It seems like in recent years, they are crossing over with everything and it's getting to be too much. I hope this is the last one we see for a long time. |

And so, it's not that the TMNT couldn't have come with MOTU style accessories, but rather simply by having them match the art direction you have the crossover without the "mashup". Why do a "blue" He-Man? What does that do for things? Nothing. Crossover means characters appear together in a uniform Universe, not that they've been "bodied horrored" together. These are cool toys either, but I'm sorry no, you are categorically wrong - either that or you can't put the meaning together between "crossover" and "mashup". |

I guess according to you the NECA TMNT x Universal Monsters should have just been the turtles looking normal only with monster hunting gear or some crap? That's not very interesting.

The official MOTU Twitter revealed more figures, including a Raph/Ram-Man mash-up, a mutated Ram-Man taking on elements of an actual Ram, a mutated Moss Man, the previously-teased Shredder and Beast Man, and MY favorite, Sla'ker, a mash-up of deadly doubles Slash and Faker!
Was NOT expecting freaking SLASH to be in this! Also interesting to note is that Mikey still hasn't shown up, so this likely isn't even every figure! This line's gonna be NUTS! |

HPR01-05 HVJ63-64 HTH09-12 and HTH26 Any help decoding those? Hoping we get something tied to Splinter, Casey Jones, and April in addition to the surely inevitable Mikey figure.

Okay... was not expecting Moss Man. Keen to see a better picture.
Not entirely sold on Raph. I wonder how removeable the armour pieces are. Still no Skeletor? |

Raph looks weird with the helmet but thankfully it can come off. I still think Leo looks the best of the turtles. wondering what they’re going to do with Mikey I’m sure he is in this line just not revealed yet. Moss man looks awesome, beast man looks a bit uninspired. Ram man also looks great.

WOW.... a BAF for either of these I.P.s is a new development. I'm getting more and more excited for these as time passes and more is shown.

The peek at the comic in that review also gives us our first look at the line's mashed-up Mikey, who'll be taking cues from Battle Armor He-Man. (Including a blonde wig, haha.)

Retailers are starting to get these.
Online mom and pop toy store Frogman's Finds had some in stock earlier today. You can watch for restocks, or keep an eye on your favorite store https://frogmansfinds.com/shop/p/mot...-figure-wave-1 |
