Hmm Sept/Oct release? We could see the pre-orders start at any time... because japanese sites already have revoltech figures from those months on pre-order, just not TMNT yet.
Excited to place my order Please let me soon! |

I'm getting these. In a few years time, these could be the new equivalent of the NECA figures.
Best get them before they become extremely rare.

I'm curious.....doesn't Playmates have the monopoly on TMNT action figures? How is it that this company is allowed to make these?

NP....its actually kinda confusing...all i know officially is companies like Revoltech,Figuarts,Figma,Play Arts...have special license to make toys from series that don't interfere with toy companies

The wording on these licenses are typically VERY specific. So for example, when NECA made their figures, they were only allowable since they were not going to be sold to mass retailers. Ad the license is often different for different countries/areas. That is likely the reason Revoltech could be granted a license.

So since i know Scale has been in Question i wanted to take a pic of my current collector figures i own from the different companies to show the size differences
only ones not pictured are D-arts Pokemon/Digimon,TMNT Classics and Diamond Select Marvel feel free to use/share this image on other blogs and forums you dont even have to source me if you dont want to its cool its not the best set up but it should give an idea on where they will fit scale wise of course id take it with a grain of salt as characters are sometimes scaled to their heights as you can see with Green and Pink Ranger

I may have to sell a Hot Toy figure to get these. I'm probably going to have to get 2 sets. Ones for mint and ones to display.
Almost all other threads in the toy discussion forum are obsolete to me. These are the definitive tmnt toys. |

I have the Revoltech Jason Voorhees and Skeleton Warrior. Both are smaller than regular 6 inch figures.

How about it? Can you imagine a world where Playmates released figures of this caliber? Seeing these makes me want to sell off my Playmates figs and buy a set in hopes of seeing more nick turtles released like these. They are so accurate and amazing looking!
