Which Season 5 episode arcs comes first?

Those episode arcs from Wikipedia & Wikia are out of whack and some airdates are not confirmed.

While we wait for Zap2it to confirm airdates, which arcs would like to come first?

Let's see, going by production code, the proper order is:
  1. "Scroll of the Demodragon"
  2. "The Forgotten Swordsman"
  3. "Heart of Evil"
  4. "End Times"
  5. "Lone Rat and Cubs"
  6. Unknown
  7. Unknown
  8. Unknown
  9. Unknown
  10. "When Worlds Collide" 1
  11. "When Worlds Collide" 2
  12. Unknown
  13. Unknown
  14. Unknown
  15. "Yojimbo"
  16. "Osoroshi no Tabi"
  17. "Kagayake! Kintaro"
After the Usagi arc there's three episodes left, presumably the Mad Max homage (I still can't get over that, five season plan my ass).

Anyway, it's obvious what the intended order is, monster arc after Hothead arc and Lone Rat, followed by when world's collide, it's where a four-parter fits in. Then it's Worlds Collide follwed by the second crossover because it's a three-parter. The series then ends on Usagi and the Mad Max homage, assuming the Mad Max stuff is multiple episodes.

There's even evidence in the episodes we have seen that point to this. Anyway, what would I like? Just give me the intended order, I like to watch something in the proper order.

Don't forget the Wanted: Bebop & Rocksteady arc.

You sure? We don't know the airdates yet. The August airdates for monsters arc might be wrong.

So I wanted the monsters arc to be in October after NYCC.

Oh, and just to keep this straight, this the jacked up order they have/will air in:

1"Scroll of the Demodragon"
2"The Forgotten Swordsman"
3"Heart of Evil"
4"End Times"

10"When Worlds Collide"
11"When Worlds Collide"

15"Yojimbo"
16"Osoroshi no Tabi"
17"Kagayake! Kintaro"

5"Lone Rat and Cubs"

And assuming they'll resume a more proper order:

6"The Curse of Savanti Romero"
7"The Crypt of Dracula"
8"The Frankenstein Experiment"
9"Monsters Among Us!"

12"Wanted: Bebop & Rocksteady"
13"The Foot Walks Again!"
14"The Big Blowout"

18?
19?
20?

So, yeah, kinda weird. Up until season 5, only 8 episodes were aired out of order (a bunch of standalone ones that were meant to air after each other anyway) and all of the sudden (when when it's almost all multi-parters) they decide to air the whole thing out of order after 4 episodes. Like, why? Is it because they're winding down? Is it that want to ensure the best possible ratings for particular episodes? Do they just not care anymore?

I didn't, that's what I meant by "the second crossover".

These are the Mad Max Future arc titles just for clarity:

518 - The Wasteland Warrior
519 - The Impossible Desert
520 - Carmageddon

To answer the thread's actual question, the monsters arc is airing first in October since it's Halloween themed. The Crossover 3-parter is airing in November. No clue when the Mad Max Future arc airs-could be December or early 2018. Don't believe the Wikipedia airdates for the monster episodes.

Thanks. And about the crossover 3-parter, it's going to be on DVD on Sept. 12th and there's going to be spoilers once it's released.

.
It has made a little bit of sense.

- Start with opening arc: easy enough.
- For some reason didn't air the Splinter flashback on Father's Day, totally stupid.
- Holding off on monster arc until October, for Halloween. So they just aired Worlds Collide ahead of time.
- They wanted the Usagi arc to line up with Con and the IDW crossover.
- I suppose they think there's some strategical advantage to releasing the Fred Wolf joint on DVD first.

So they were smart enough to start with the opener and end with the finale lol. The flashback is irrelevant, there's a minor continuity hiccup in Worlds Collide with the Mikey/Renet thing, the Usagi arc is standalone and has nothing to do with the 87 crossover except maybe one small line in "Yojimbo".

So yeah, only slightly confusing.

What small line in "Yojimbo"?

When they first arrive, Raph asks Don if he's been messing with dimensional portals again. This might be a reference to the Fred Wolf crossover.

Actually, I think it's a reference to the Fred Wolf episode Usagi first appeared in. Don's "messing with dimensional portals" & stumbles upon Usagi's universe, he then comes to their world through it.

Oh I get it now. lol Raph could've said that to him when the turtles are at the 1987 universe.

The order we're getting is screwed, but the offical and correct order (from the episodes production numbers and story cues) is:

1. Kavaxas Arc
2. Turtle Tots episode
3. Monster Arc
4. When Worlds Collide
5. Second Crossover
6. Usagi Arc
7. Series Finale.

Yeah, I don't get why people are acting like this is so confusing. We blatantly know which order the arcs take place in. And it doesn't even really matter that much since each arc is standalone (mostly) from the previous.

So while we don't know in what order they'll air, now we know the earliest home releases.

Monster Arc first (Australia), Bebop and Rocksteady second.

Hey. I'm pretty sure the monsters arc releases in the UK. So it's Wanted: Bebop & Rocksteady arc first on DVD first in the US.
