NECA TMNT with custom color bandanas and Shredder
Tried on ebay, but buyer didn't pay:
 Can only accept paypal payments, shipping to only people in U.S. Shipping about $12 or so give or take depending what state you live in (I'm in NY) Taking offers around $100 or more, whoever gives me the highest offer after a few days I'll sell it to. I'm assuming these are Chinese versions? Or are they Genuine NECA turtles that have been custom painted?
