You should press Tom or Kevin a bit. Licensing does not go on in perpetuity. The art should be available to use by the current rights holder. The nuances to the 2009 deal should allow for some wiggle room.

I know Rifts is repped by Surge, so perhaps they landed the rights to Palladium as well?

I know this sounds weird but after seeing the preview for issue 101 and some other pics I really would like jeninka to lose the pants. I know it sounds silly but with the other four turtles all pantsless in most situations it throws off the balance in a group shot being the only one wearing clothes, other then that I love jeninka her relationship with the turtles especially Leo and Mikey were great. I can not wait to see what the future holds

I'll give the other Turtles pants to balance it out! It's time for them to realize they've been naked this whole time. I think the four Turtle boys and Alopex are the only mutants left without pants/bottoms of some kind, right? Even Herman wears pants somehow.

Now that I think about, if a mass mutation event is in fact about to happen, I wonder if Shredder is gonna play a role. After all, way back in his Villain Micro and Turtles in Time #4, it was very much implied (even outright stated) that he would be the reason for that to happen.
