I wanna see go from villain to hero somehow.

True to everyone he'll be going solo.

But wouldn't it be nice for him to join up with the Shredder for a while and help capture Splinter?

Shredder assigns Slash to team up with Rahzar, Fishface & Karai.

When the turtles see that Slash joined up with the Foot, Slash would want Raph to join him and the Foot. But Raph struggles with trying to get Slash to realize his methods and Raph's were wrong.

Maybe when Splinter is finally captured, Splinter can get some sense into Slash & Karai.
