Wow.
That really came out of left field. IDW is doing a great job taking this franchise to new and unexpected places. I'm excited.

but anyways, these spoilers are the kind that I love because they don't really give away the ending to anything (other than revealing that New York is pretty ****ed by the end of Invasion of the Triceratons), they really only tell us where the story is going in the future. Apparently the Pantheon story is coming back to the forefront after the current story arc is over, and then next month we'll see how Raph and Alopex's field trip to Null Industries fits in to all this

Oh HECK YES...
Looks like IDW is taking elements of 2K3's Season 3 elements (city recovering from Triceraton Invasion) and pushing it to the extreme. PLUS... RAT KING IS TAKING CENTRE STAGE!!!! Could I be anymore happier? |

My first reaction upon seeing this in the release dates was "Oh noooooo"
As of now: It's about damn time he did something! The Rat King's been prancing around in the shadows being cryptic long enough, let's see him get down to business!

Oh! My mistake. I caught the typo on the site/description but didn't catch that you replicated it for purposes of humor.

Anyone else find it funny how Catwoman's legs are longer than the rest of her body?
It is great to finally see Rat King in action. So far he introduced himself to Splinter and Leonardo playing mind games then toyed with Casey Jones and April O'Neil in a borefest. His rats caught the TMNT spying and that is it. Any chance of soda can bombs? Or is that too much to ask? Why would Rat King interfere? So of the Panethon there are 8. How many are evil?

New York is left in ruins and one of the main players in trying to control New York will be the Foot Clan...gotta believe that a main story line will be Splinter being controlled by the Rat King is this arc

I'm going to say just Rat King and Kitsune. The others vary in nastiness, but don't really have much to go with in scheming. They just prefer to keep to themselves, with different variations on socialization, in a spectrum of Hermit to Party

I’m constantly amazed by how difficult it is for me to get into this series. It has a lot going for it and it’s just about the only TMNT thing we’ve got right now.
That cover is striking and alluring but every time I crack open the book and start reading, I find myself unsatisfied. Then again, sometimes I find myself unable to properly judge something I feel greatly invested in until much later down the line. I also find that I eventually end up appreciating things I have such a push/pull relationship with. That’s why I stick around and hop back in to see how I feel every few months. |

Well with comics that only come out once a month and take at least 4 issues to tell a story, I can understand. Sometimes in the weeks without new issues I drift away from it as well, but I get back into it as soon as a new issue comes out.
But this is the same as with any comic. After everything is out and done, you can marathon through it with the collections and read all the stories together so they flow better. |

I did mention his participation in the meeting at the Toad Baron's residence by mentioning his rats catching the Turtles. However, you are right I forgot about his brief conversation with Kitsune.

Didn't Jagwar like immediately try to kill the Turtles?
