It is nice to have that confirmed. However how many would that be and how is every hero defined? Are Wasp and Douglas/Ant Man I or Yondu's single loyal crewman and Warhawk and his fellow fellow Ravagers? It's hard to guess.

Hopefully, we'll see even more obscure characters in stories that aren't as tightly bound to the ongoing continuity.
For instance, if they're planning on giving Hulk more of an arc, maybe we'll see a certain cousin of his cameo in a season of "Daredevil" and we can have a procedural She-Hulk series.
