This is actually pretty hard to place in the timeline, now that I've read it.

April has hair (could be explained by a wig), but the Utroms can un-shrink creatures... this might indicate that it's after Don get's back to normal. I dunno.

I just assumed it took place after Don is "un-shrunk" and Raph returns to his old form. Was Casey in this issue at all?
