Given the recent commentary from the president yesterday, I would gladly vote for Oprah or Colbert if they throw their hats in the ring.

Wow, so this is a thing? Welp, what other celebrity will be potentially running? Is Kanye West still thinking about trying to run?

To Plastroncafe: Really? I didn't know that Oprah. was not born in this country.

About Brack HUSSEIN Obama, that guy has an obscure past and believe that his birth certificate is fake. In the part of Race they put African, when in the 1960's the term for black Americans was Black or Negro. But there is a film called"Dreams from my Real Father" that says Obama is not the son of Barack Obama Sr. but a communist guy named Randall Marshall Davis. According to Dinesh D'Souza Obama was born here.
Update: Plastroncafe: I check Wikipedia and Oprah Winfrey was born here ( Mississippi) Her mother was a single mother. She had a son but the baby died because he was born premature.

I would really be interested to see how Colbert would do.
Dude's funny as hell, a southerner, and a very staunch practicing Christian. Two out of the three of those play really well in the quote unquote heartland.

The issue with voting for actors is you're never really sure which face of theirs is the real one. This goes double for comedians

It doesn't look like Oprah will be doing it.

She knows she would lose by a landslide. Very bad for Oprahâ„¢.

We'll never know if she'd lose by a landslide, because she's not running.

I'd rather she not run, because I think she's got more power doing what she's doing. And not being beholden to the election cycle gives her the freedom to say what she likes.

OWN's senior communications director, Chelsea Hettrick, said that once again it won't be happening. Someone who witnessed Oprah's recent live chat saw it mentioned.
