I got the sense from the dialogue that Splinter might have died or been killed prior to events of this game.

The voices all sound pretty good. Sounds like a mixture of the movie voices and the cartoons.

That's a whole lot of dialogue. I believe some of it are during the clashes.

Also some of the dialogue mentions the Turtles going up against Brainiac. Its no doubt they are playable in the ladder matches and you will get there ending.

Wait..... if they're all 4 turtles into one character.... why do they get so much lines each? It's literally 4 times the dialogue of any other character. Also, why does the announcer actually name each turtle 'wins' instead of just 'Ninja Turtles Win' or something.

No, I mean, based on all that dialogue per character and the announcer calling out each turtle individually, it almost sounds like you'll actually be playing as whichever turtle you want individually, rather than all four as one. Maybe when you choose the Turtle slot, each button let's you choose a Turtle, just like you'd choose an alternate costume for any other character.

That could be the case. when playing as Green Lantern you can choose an alternate costume which would be either Hal Jordon or John Stewart. so its possible the alternate costume selection will be any of the Turtles. and each with there own set of moves like how they do the different variations.

Generally the characters have been released on the second Tuesday of the month, so it's expected the TMNT will be out on February 13th.
